Open to all levels, this class follows a meticulously curated sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Top tips to prepare for your 26&2 class

We know attending a class for the first time can be a little daunting … to help we have put together a list of some of our top tips to prepare for your first 26&2 class

Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early before your first class

Wear light clothing … leggings, shorts, sports bra ~ breathable material is key

Fill your bag with a long towel & plenty of water

Bring a change of clothes for after the class. We offer free changing rooms & shower facilities at our studio

Try not to eat right before you join us on the mat and hydrate well before and after class.
*We recommend electrolytes all year round to everyone when taking part in 26&2 classes

Remove your footwear before entering the studio, there will be storage baskets provided to the left of the studio door

The higher body temperature in the Hot room, acts as a lubricant for your joints and anatomy, allowing you to ease into deeper ranges of motion and experience a higher biological response to your movement. All levels welcome.
